![]() ![]() With any other games, it may be possible that they are not completely compatible with the joystick & rudder pedals." (*) In this game, the TFRP (T.Flight Rudder Pedals) rudder system, which is sold separately, is also compatible when connected to the joystick?s connector. "Also, some known games that are compatible with the rudder pedals and the t.flight hotas 4 are: In fact, in their response to me they said the following: I'm concluding that this stuff was never checked out on FSX by TM. Only when I use the direct USB connection for the pedals do I see both pedals and joystick as available 'game controllers'. It comes up with the joystick or the mouse as available devices. Not when the pedals are plugged into the joystick. "On the Buttons panel do you have a choice of Joystick / Throttle or Pedals. (rather than through the joystick) seriously messes up the joystick controls (eg. I pity anyone who buys these pedals without the Hotas 4 joystick, because the USB connection for the pedals alone I even tried the USB direct connection for the pedals again (so that I could see the pedals as a spearate device from the joystick) and no joy. Pressing the toe brake did nothing - no autofill. I did try it that way originally, and just tried it again. Just press the toe brakes and the correct command should be autofilled into the box." Would love to post my screen shots - do I have to do a new post before I can add images? The fundamental problem here is that the settings in both FSX and Thrustmaster Control Panel with the pedals plugged into the joystick, is that both only see the Joystick as the device and not the Pedals. Previously tried on Learjet - no luck there either. Again, can't figure out what to do to change the assignment. The Brakes (apply/ release) was assigned to Button 01 on the joystick. Tried the Change Assignment button but don't understand what to type in the box to assign them to pedals. I also went into FSX settings/Controls and went down to where toe brakes were listed. I was hoping to post screenshots here, but can't see how to do it. ![]() Per my original post, in doing so the operation of the toe brakes was confirmed. Thrustmaster basically gave me a stock answer - that I should download drivers and check settings in the Thrustmaster Control Panel. I prefer bare toes so that I the toe brake experience is more meaningful:) ![]()
